sarah kobrinsky

'Sarah Kobrinsky is a poet who possesses both the fire of passion and the demand of structure. Her poems will continue to deepen as they listen deeply and will express important affirmations of the human condition.' jack hirschman

Sarah Kobrinsky's poems taste better than blackened catfish on the tongue. They are well-crafted, lilting and sensual, and they incorporate the imagery and the rhythms of her heritage,
of the dance floor, and of her international imagination while managing simultaneously to be earthy and gritty, like the oysters found in the sauciest Louisiana gumbo.
